HDRB&B represents employers and employees in a variety of employment-related matters. We negotiate creative executive compensation agreements, employment contracts and severance agreements on behalf of companies and individuals. When necessary, HDRB&B has successfully litigated employment contract, discrimination, and whistleblower disputes in the state and federal courts. We also provide day-to-day employment counseling to employers and, in that context, draft employee policy manuals tailored to our clients' individual needs.
