Mr. Kelley, who is resident in our New York office, practices in the areas of corporate and real estate law. He provides advice and counsel to businesses and individuals, private investment partnerships, hedge funds, and not-for-profit entities. He is a transactional lawyer with a broad range of experience across industries.
Prior to joining HDRB&B, Mr. Kelley practiced as a partner in his own firm in New York. He also practiced as a corporate associate with Curtis Mallet Prevost Colt & Mosle and Fischbein Badillo Wagner Harding.
