We have extensive experience representing developers in land use and property acquisition projects, as well as landlords in lease negotiations and tenant disputes. The firm also handles commercial lending transactions, having represented both lenders and borrowers in credit facilities of all sizes and types, both secured and unsecured. We have particular expertise in guiding complicated residential and commercial real estate development projects to fruition, from negotiating sales agreements and obtaining necessary zoning and land use approvals to finalizing leases and construction contracts. Because our firm represents both applicants and objectors, we are able to provide insightful and pro-active advice for private development projects before local municipal governments and other interested governmental parties.
